5. Maintenance of Your Projector
Air inlet
(Filter cover / Filter)
There are 4 air filters.
[NOTE] • Do not wash the air filter in water. Doing so will cause the dust to clog the holes, reducing intake performance.
• Do not bend the air filter. Doing so could damage it, rendering it unusable.
• Clean the air filter at 4 locations at the same time. If you clean only one or two places, the correct filter usage
time will not be displayed on the adjustments menu.
5-3-1. Cleaning the Air Filters
Preparation: Have a Phillips head screwdriver ready.

Remove the filter cover.
1. Twist the knob to the left until it turns without resistance.
2. Open the filter cover and remove it.
• The knob does not come off.
• If the knob will not turn, use a Phillips head screwdriver.
