V. Trouble Shooting
۞ fault detection(diagnosis)
# When dark screen(Non-Lamp), check the Main Board..
1. Detach Harnesses linked with main B/D from both 5PIN wafer and 24PIN wafer
2. Connect Pin1 and Pin3 from 24PIN wafer, then link harness jig with IP board
3. Connect Pin1, Pin2, Pin3 and Pin5 from 5PIN wafer, then link harness jig with IP board
4. If lamp is ON when power is supplied, the main B/D is out of order
# When dark screen(Non-Lamp), Check the Panel..
When power is supplied, if the LD PIN (which is pin 5 or Pin 7 from 5Pin or 7Pin wafer linked with panel)
is in following situation, the panel is out of order
- If LD Pin keeps 12V again after Lamp turns off while dropped to 0V after 12V comes out and Lamp is
lighted, Panel is out of order

24PIN Wafer linked with Main B/D
linked with Panel
5PIN, 7PIN Wafer
