Using Call Waiting If you get a Call Waiting call, the phone can sound a tone and display any CID information received for the waiting call. Adding Phonebook Entries With the phone in standby, open the phonebook. Press MENU/SELECT and select Create New. Enter a name and number. • Enter the phone number (up to 20 digits) exactly as you would dial it. • If you need the phone to wait before sending the next set of digits, press REDIAL/PAUSE to insert a 2-second pause.

Voice Message Notification If you subscribe to a voice mail service, your phone displays the voice mail icon ( ) when you have a new message. This feature supports Frequency-Shift Keying (FSK) notification. When you have new messages, the voice message icon appears in the display, and the Status light on the handset blinks.
