Cause/remedy
The door is unlocked at the end of the program or when the program is paused if
more laundry can be added.
While the program is in progress. Door locked.
Paused: Temperature too high. Wait until the temperature drops.
Paused: Spin speed too high. Wait until the drum comes to a halt.
Paused: Water level too high. It is not possible to add more laundry. Touch A
to resume the program.

Slowly: The door cannot currently be locked or unlocked. Please wait.
Quickly: Close the door because water can flow out from the laundry.
At the end of the program, while the door is open
Before the program starts, paused
The appliance is not being supplied with water:
Turn the tap on fully,
The supply hose is kinked/trapped,

The childproof lock is activated – the program selector has been turned or the con-
trol panel touched.
Run the Drum Clean 90 °C program or a 60 °C program to clean and care for the
drum and the outer tub.
Notes
Run the program without laundry.
Use all-purpose washing powder or a detergent that contains a bleaching
agent. To prevent foaming, only use half the amount of detergent recom-
mended by the detergent manufacturer. Do not use detergents intended for
woollens or delicates.
