Note:
For safety reasons, the door remains locked when the water level or
temperature is high (see ~ "Cancel the programme" on page 31) or while
the drum is rotating.

Is the childproof lock activated? Deactivate it. ~ Page 30

Push the detergent drawer in fully.
Is shop mode activated?If à•‹˜ is shown on the display for 5 seconds

after you switch the appliance on or off, this means that the appliance is in
shop mode. Switch shop mode off as follows:

Switch the appliance off and then on again.
Wait until the à•‹˜ message goes out on the display.

Press and hold A for at least 5 seconds.
‹"" will appear on the display and the appliance will switch itself off auto-
matically. Shop mode is now deactivated and you can use the appliance as
normal.
