Cause/remedy
Have you started the program?
Is the tap turned on?
Could the filter be clogged?Clean the filter.~ Page 46
Is the supply hose kinked or trapped?
The safety function is active.
Note:
For safety reasons, the door remains locked when the water level or
temperature is high (see ~ "Cancel the programme" on page 31) or while
the drum is rotating.

Can the door only be opened by the emergency release? ~ Page 47
Have you started the program or selected Finished in-time?
Is the door closed?
Is the childproof lock activated? Deactivate it. ~ Page 30
ù is continuously lit.The detergent drawer has not been pushed in fully.
Push the detergent drawer in fully.
Is shop mode activated?If à•‹˜ is shown on the display for 5 seconds
after you switch the appliance on or off, this means that the appliance is in
shop mode. Switch shop mode off as follows:

Switch the appliance off and then on again.
Wait until the à•‹˜ message goes out on the display.

Press and hold A for at least 5 seconds.
‹"" will appear on the display and the appliance will switch itself off auto-
matically. Shop mode is now deactivated and you can use the appliance as
normal.
