THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE REPORTING PROBLEMS

While using the product, if you see these alarms, do not report problems immediately, but check the following items
first (Different alarms will be displayed depending on the type of product purchased).

Is laundry inclined to one
side?
Is the product installed on
a level ground?
Did you remove the fixing
bolts?
Water is not drained.
Did you wash only one doll
or knit?
Did you wash together
blankets made of different
textile?
Is laundry materials not
unfolded properly?
Troubleshooting
• Evenly spread laundry.
• Install it on a firm and flat ground. Check
the levelness to see if there is any
awkward movement.
• Remove the fixing bolts.
• It is hard to spin dry a doll, as it is inclined
to a certain side. Evenly spread knits and
try to drain water again.
• Regardless of its size, spin dry one sheet
at a time.
• Press the 동작/일시정지 button to
deactivate and evenly unfold
laundry and proceed with spin drying.
