Smart diagnosis

Use this function to contact LG Electronics service
center and make an accurate diagnosis when the
product operates abnormally or a failure occurs.
Close the door and press the 전원 button.

Hold the phone to the smart diagnosis mark.

• Make sure that the mouthpiece of the phone
faces the smart diagnosis mark.
Press the 물온도 button down to operate smart

diagnosis.
• Place the phone closely to the smart diagnosis
mark and press the 물온도 button down until a
sound occurs.
• If you have operated another button or the dial
before pressing the 물온도 button, turn the power
off and operate again from the beginning.

Do not remove the phone from the product while

data is being transmitted.
• Place the phone to the smart diagnosis mark
continuously and wait while data is being
transmitted for smart diagnosis. The remaining
time for data transmission will be displayed on
the screen.
• The transmission sound may be unpleasant.
• Do not remove the phone until the transmission
sound stops in order to make an accurate
diagnosis.
• You can stop the diagnosis function and
transmission sound by pressing the 전원 button.

After data transmission is finished, receive the

explanation on the diagnosis result from the
customer service representative.
• When data transmission is finished, the product
will turn off automatically within a few seconds
along with the display of data transmission
complete.
Receive the explanation on the diagnosis result
from the customer service representative and
take appropriate measures.
NOTE
• The diagnosis function may be limited due to
differences in call quality in the area.
• You can receive better service by using the
home phone which has excellent communication
performance.
