Common problems
The following table contains general information about common monitor problems
you might encounter and the possible solutions.
WARNING: 1. The monitor LCD panel duty cycle is designed for 12
hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Usage higher than the designed duty cycle may result in premature
decrease in panel backlight luminance, which may not be covered
under warranty.
Common symptoms Possible solutions
No video/Power LED
off
No video/Power LED on ∞ Increase brightness and contrast controls using the OSD.
Poor focus
Shaky/Jittery video
Missing pixels
∞ Ensure that the video cable connecting the monitor and the
computer is properly connected and secure.
∞ Verify that the power outlet is functioning properly using any
other electrical equipment.
∞ Ensure that the power button is pressed.
∞ Ensure that the correct input source is selected via the

menu.
∞ Perform monitor self-test feature check.
