Seasoning the griddle*
1 Clean the griddle thoroughly with hot, soapy water to remove any protective coating.
2 Rinse with 1 cup of water and 1/4 cup white vinegar. Dry thoroughly.
3 Pour 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil into the center of the griddle and rub over the surface.
