October 2023 FCIM-20055-EN Rev. 0 Allow Remote Troubleshooting An Emerson RTS service partner with training level 325 and SMARTTOOL expert license installed can also connect remotely to your actuator. An internet connection is needed as well as SMARTTOOL standard license installed.
Please do not "disconnect", unless the remote work is finished.
