The Blast Freezing Mode The Shock Freeze cycle is identical to the Blast Chilling cycle in respect to programming, operation and modes, with the exception that it will run in much lower temperatures and hold at lower temperatures. The pre-determined food target temperature in a freeze cycle is -18°C(0°F) and HACCP states that this temperature should be reached within 240 minutes.
