Chicken(with bone)-500 gms, thick curd-1 cup, coriander
powder- 2 tspn, mixed spices- ½ tspn, meat masala-1/2 tspn,
green cardamom powder-1 tspn, cinnamon-1inch powdered,

black cardamom powder, nutmeg powder-1tspn,salt- 1 tspn,
red chilli powder-1 tspn,turmeric powder-1/2 tspn, oil-2 tspn.

Mix all spices with curd (use thick curd) and make paste. Prick
the chicken from all sides properly. Keep chicken marinated
with curd paste for one hour.

Chicken-1/2 with bones, hanged curd -1 cup, salt-1-1/2 tspn,
red chilli powder-1 tspn, garlic juice-2 tspn, ginger juice-2
tspn,lemon juice-1 or vinegar-2 tspn, oil- 2 tbspn, tandoori
masala or meat masala or garam masala-2 tspn, orange

colour- ¼ tspn, coriander powder-2 tspn, chaat masala, lemon
juice & onion rings for garnishing.

Mix all ingredients with hanged curd except chaat masala 1
lemon juice & onion rings. Arrange on grill rack, keep drip tray
under it.

Before serving sprinkle chaat masala, lemon juice, & garnish
with onion rings.
Rice- 1 cup(soaked for ½ hour), fresh tomato paste- 1-1/4
cup, water- ¾ cup, cottage cheese- 100-150 gms one inch
cubes, salt- 1 tspn, cloves- 3-4, cinnamon-1 inch, green

ter/oil- 2 tspn.

Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.

Carrots-1-1/2 cup grated, milk maid(nestle)-175 gms,
milk-1 cup, green cardamom powder-1 tspn, dry fruits- ¼

cup(almond, raisins, grated dry coconut, cashewnuts), water-
1/2 cups, dry whole milk-3-4 tbspn, silver leaf-1 (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Leave ¾ portion empty above
food material in bowl.
