Ready made pizza base-1, onion -1 sliced, red bell pepper-1/2
chopped, yellow bell pepper-1/2 chopped, cottage cheese- 50
gms crumbled, tomato- 1 sliced, mozrella cheese- 50 gms
for topping, mushroom, baby corn-2 tbspn sliced (optional),
salt- 1tspn, black pepper-1/2 tspn, oregano-2 tspn, mustard
powder-2 tspn, pizza paste or tomato ketchup- 2 tspn.

Apply pizza paste or tomato ketchup on pizza base. Mix bell
pepper, cottage cheese, mushroom, baby corn, salt, pepper,
oregano, mustard powder and spread on pizza. Arrange onion
and tomato slices on vegetable and garnish top with mozralla

cheese. Press cheese with wet hands.
Note:1. Serve hot immediately.
Fresh Tomatoes- 3-4, clove-2, garlic-1/2tspn , ginger-1/2 tspn,
cinnamon-3/4 inch, Bay leaves-1, Butter-1/2 tspn, vegetable

salt-1-1/2 tspn, sugar-2 tspn, degi mirch-1 tspn,black pepper
powder-1/2 tspn, coriander powder -2 tspn, garam masala- ½
tspn, dry fenu greek leaves-3 tspn, ginger paste-1 tspn, green

Mix together all ingredients in a microwave proof bowl.

Spinach-500 gms(steam & make paste), Cottage Cheese-150
gms 1 inch cubes, Cumin Seeds-1 tspn,Garam Masala-1/2
tspn, Coriander Powder-2 tspn, Black pepper powder-1/2
tspn, Red chilli powder- 1 tspn,ginger, garlic paste- 1 tspn

each, onion- 1 small minced, meat masala-1 tspn,butter-2
tspn, cream-1 tbspn, Dried mango powder-1-2 tspn.
Mix all spices and paneer cubes with spinach paste in a

Note:1. Cook partially covered.
