Troubleshooting

Issue
Battery may not be charged.
My Quest won't turn on

The power switch on the bottom of the Quest
Error 1: Red LED blinks,
Indicates battery is too low.
Blue LED is ON
Error 6: Red LED blinks ,Blue
Indicates dirt cup is not installed or installed incorrectly.
LED blinks. Continuous beeps
of 30 sec length
Indicates that Drive wheel, Side brush or Main brush is stuck. Turn OFF your Quest
Error 3: Red LED blinks, Blue
Indicates that Quest
LED is ON. 2 long beeps.

It may be that dirt or hair are stuck around the wheel.

Any other servicing should be done by an authorized service representative. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped into water, take it to a service center prior to continuing use.

Check the battery indicator and charge if it indicates low battery.
Flip the power switch ON and start your Quest

Turn OFF your Quest and install the dust bin. See page 15 for instructions.
