3. Attach the back support assembly to the base frame assembly with the pivot shaft and hardware. Then tighten
round opening side first; then tighten D-shaped opening side second to 20-25 ft-lb (21.1-33.8 Nm).
4. Extend pull pin and slide adjustment weldment through the base frame assembly.
