Section 4 - Configuration
This section allows you to configure the video settings for your camera.
Video Profile:
This section allows you to change the Resolution, Bit Rate (for H.264),
Jpeg Quality (for MJPEG), and Frame Rate (frames per second).
Encode Type:
Displays the video compression format, either H.264 or MJPEG video.
Resolution:
Select the desired video resolution from three sizes: 640x480,
320x240, or 160x112. Higher settings offer better quality, but will
require more bandwidth to stream.
Bit Rate
Select the desired Bit Rate for the video with H.264 compression.
A higher bit rate will increase image quality, but will require more
bandwidth to stream.
Frame Rate:
Select the Frame Rate (FPS) to use for the video stream. Higher settings
offer better quality, but will require more bandwidth to stream.
JPEG Quality:
Select one of five levels of image quality for MJPEG video: Highest,
High, Medium, Low, and Lowest.
Default View
Select the default compression format to use when viewing your video
Mode:
on the Live Video page.
Light
Auto is selected by default. You can select a frequency to be used,
Frequency:
based on the frequency of the electrical supply in your area, to help
reduce image flicker.
Click Save Settings.
