Problem
No material coming out of Jet
nozzle (AE).
Material leaking from weep hole
Material leaking from the nozzle tip

1. Follow Pressure Relief Procedure on page 12
before checking or repairing the Jet.
2. Check all possible problems and causes before
disassembling the Jet.
Cause
Clogged nozzle (AE)
Inadequate fluid pressure
Inadequate Jet pressure
Faulty solenoid
Fluid nozzle heat is not ON
Fluid nozzle heat is not high enough
No diaphragm (AH) installed
Damaged diaphragm (AH)
Jet is OPEN
Jet pressure is too low
Fluid pressure is too high
Solution
Clean nozzle (AE).
Verify fluid pressure is ON.
Verify the fluid pressure is high
enough.
Verify Jet pressure is ON.
Verify the Jet pressure is high
enough.
Replace the solenoid.
Turn the nozzle heat ON and verify
the heater timer settings.
Verify the correct heat temperature
is set.
Verify the diaphragm (AH) is
installed.
Replace the diaphragm (AH).
Verify the Jet is CLOSED.
Verify the Jet pressure is above 40
psi (0.28 MPa).
Decrease the fluid pressure.
