How do I keep track of my calls?
The Samsung PCS phone is capable of tracking your incoming and
outgoing calls.The phone has a built-in calling log feature that
stores nine incoming and nine outgoing calls.
Are there costs associated with owning a PCS phone?
Yes.
1. There is the cost of the phone itself, which depends on the
make and model of the Samsung phone you select.Cost will
vary. Installation and programming is usually included in the
price of the phone when you sign up for service.
2. There is a small one-time charge to set up the account.
3. There is the monthly bill which includes a monthly access fee
and per minute airtime charge for usage or "talk-time. " The cost
of a monthly bill varies depending upon the number of calls
made per month and the rate plan used. There are numerous
pricing plans available for the light,normal,or heavy volume
user. Peak time and off-peak time char ges could be incurred.
What can I do to stop the ringer when I'm in a meeting?
The PCS phone has a Ringtone/Mute key.You can mute the ring
tone during incoming calls. To do this,press the
first incoming ring to mute the ringer. Now you can step out of the
meeting to answer the call.
What do I do when my phone gives me an unclear sound or the
call quality is not good?
1. Make sure the antenna is extended fully in order to increase
receive reception quality.
2. Move to a location where the RSSI indicator reading is
maximized.
