12 Troubleshooting
Check/Solution
Check that the gas inlet valve is
open and that the gas pressure is
not too low. Also check that the
combustion product discharge and
air supply pipes are not blocked
Clean the heating body
Check that the gas pipe valves are
open
Vent the gas pipe using the control
valve located on the boiler
Reverse the live-neutral polarity on
the boiler power supply terminal
block
Change the PCB
Change the PCB
Check that the rotary button on the
display is not locked in the pressed
down position
Change the main PCB
Check that fan's control and supply
outlets are correctly connected to
the fan
Switch off the boiler and let it rest
for several minutes to allow the fan
to cool down
Replace the fan
Use a pressure gauge to check
that the pressure difference be
tween the air supply and the com
bustion products does not exceed
600 Pa at the connections on the
concentric nozzle. If this is the
case, the pipes for the air supply
and combustion products may be
blocked or may be longer than rec
ommended in this manual.
Check that the connectors on the
PCB (X7) and on the flue gas pres
sure switch are correctly connec
ted.
Check that the hydraulic circuit cir
culating pump is correctly operat
ing.
Manually vent the hydraulic circuit
Check that the safety thermostat is
correctly connected to the boiler
PCB
