Remove the camera board

Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the lower case" on page 30
"Remove the LCD module" on page 46
"Remove the hinge caps" on page 48
"Remove the LCD bezel" on page 49
"Remove the LCD panel" on page 51
"Remove the microphone rubbers" on page 53
Step 1. Disconnect the EDP cable from the camera board. Then, remove the camera board.
