Selecting the installation site

The installation site must be below 2000 metres above
sea level.
Select a dry room that is frost-proof throughout and in
which the maximum installation height is not exceeded
and the environmental temperature is neither above nor
below the permitted range.
Permissible environmental temperature: 7 to 35 ℃
Permissible relative air humidity: 40 to 75 %
Ensure that the required minimum clearances can be
maintained.
Observe the permissible height difference between the
outdoor unit and indoor unit (→ Section 4.4).
When selecting the installation site, you must take into
consideration that, when the product is in operation, it
transfers vibrations to the floor and the nearby walls.
Ensure that the floor is even and offers sufficient load-
bearing capacity to bear the weight of the product.

4.4
Permissible height difference between the
outdoor unit and the indoor unit
In relation to the outdoor unit's installation site, the indoor
unit's installation site may be located higher or lower.
The permissible height difference depends on the unit type
of the outdoor unit:

Outdoor unit with unit type S or M

and the indoor unit is limited to 15 m.
