Battery connector board
Before removing the battery connector board, follow these steps:
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly
2.
Place the computer in Battery Safe mode
3.
Remove the bottom cover
4.
Remove the battery
Remove the battery connector board:
1.
Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 2.5 screws (1) that secure the board to the computer.
2.
Rotate the battery side of the board upward (2), and then pull the board away from the connector on the
system board (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the battery connector board.
