2. Identify the Left Upright (2), and orient it as shown. Attach the Left Upright (2) to one of the Bases (3) with two Support Plates (12), four M10 x 70mm Bolts (19), and four M10 Locknuts (16); do not tighten the Locknuts yet. Attach the Right Upright (1) to the other Base (3) in the same way.

4. Orient the Crossbar (5) as shown. Attach the Crossbar (5) to the Left Upright (2) with two M10 x 70mm Bolts (19), two M10 Washers (17), and two M10 Locknuts (16); do not tighten the Locknuts yet. Attach the Crossbar (5) to the Right Upright (1) in the same way.

6. Identify the Left Dip Arm (25). Attach the Left Dip Arm (25) to the Left Upright (2) with three M10 x 95mm Bolts (18), three M10 Washers (17), and three M10 Locknuts (16); start all the Locknuts, and then tighten them. Attach the Right Dip Arm (9) to the Right Upright (1) in the same way.
