Mounting the boiler

• Take the protective caps off the boiler
pipework.
• Thoroughly clean the connections.
• Fix the C.H. valves "K" to position "G" and
"I" (Fig. 6.2) using the ¾" gaskets.
• Fix the gas cock "L" to position "H" (Fig.
6.2), using the ¾" gasket.
• Fix the Ø 22 mm copper pipes "J" to the
valves "K – L" using the ¾" gaskets.

• Connect the pipe 11 (Fig. 6.4) from the
pressure relief valve to the safety dis-
charge pipework.
• Fit the condensate drain 9 (Fig. 6.4) in to
the drainage pipework.
