Guide Function

The Guide Function is used to access the TV Guide Plus Menus and also DBS Satellite Program
guides. To apply this feature your TV or must have this features.
Entering the TV Guide Menu:
1. Push the TV button then the GUIDE button.
This will bring up the on screen TV program guide.
2. While the Guide menu is displayed, push the MENU
button. This puts the remote into TV Guide Plus
menu mode.
3 While in TV Guide Plus menu mode the INDICATOR
LIGHT blinks on and off. The buttons described below
will function as follows:
VOL (Volume) -/+ buttons will operate as
navigation right and left.
CH (Channel) -/+ buttons will operate as
navigation up and down.
SELECT button is used to select the desired
Guide menu item.
Entering the DBS Satellite Guide Menu:
1. Push the DBS•SAT button then the MENU button.
This will bring up the on screen DBS menu screen.
2. While the menu is displayed, push the GUIDE button.
This will display the DBS Program Guide and allow
you to navigate.
3 While in DBS menu mode the INDICATOR LIGHT
blinks on and off. The buttons described below
will function as follows:
VOL (Volume) -/+ buttons will operate as
navigation right and left.
CH (Channel) -/+ buttons will operate as
navigation up and down.
SELECT button is used to select the desired
Guide menu item.
Exiting the Guide Menu:
To exit the Guide Menu and clear the screen, push
the device button you have chosen on the remote.
Pushing the SLEEP button will also clear the Guide
menu mode.
Note: The remote will automatically exit the Menu Mode after ten (10)
seconds of inactivity with no buttons being pushed.
