Power supply

The power supply is secured to the rear of the chassis with three screws. Three cables connect the power
supply to the system board.

Prepare the computer for disassembly
2.
Remove the access panel
3.
Remove the front bezel
4.
Disconnect the power and data cables from the rear of the drives in the drive cage.

Rotate the drive cage up (see

Disconnect the power supply cables from the following system board connectors:
PWRCMD (1)
PWR (2)
PWRCPU (3)
7.
Remove the power supply cables from the clips built into the bottom of the chassis (4).
8.
Remove the three Torx T15 screws (5) that connect the power supply to the rear of the chassis.
9.
Press the release lever at the front of the power supply (6), slide the power supply toward the front of
the computer, and then lift the power supply out of the chassis (7).
To install the power supply, reverse the removal procedure.
