These vibrations can lead to white finger (Raynaud’s phenomenon) or carpal tunnel syndrome. This condition reduces the ability of the hand to feel and regulate temperature, causing numbness and heat sensations and may cause nerve damage and circulatory tissue death.

Assembly HYAG900E Disc Guard Assembly WARNING! When mounting Guards to the HYAG900E, ensure it is unplugged from a power source. WARNING! YOU MUST attach the disc guard to machine, and NEVER use the machine without it. This will cause injury and damage.
Install the Auxiliary Handle (E) by inserting it into the thread hole either side of the machine head. HYAG900E Flange Configuration The HYAG900E comes with the Internal Flange Nut (I) and External Flange Nut (H) installed. To install Cutting/Grinding discs, remove the External Flange Nut (H).
Assembly HYAG900E Grinding Disc Assembly Warning! When mounting discs, ensure the machine is turned off, and unplugged from the power source. Warning! Before install Grinding Disc’s, ensure the Disc Guard (K) is attached to the machine On to the Spindle, firstly place the Internal Flange Nut (I). This will just slide on.

Operation HYAG900E Starting & Stopping WARNING! Ensure Correct PPE is worn at all times when operating this machine. WARNING! Ensure Disc Guard is attached before operating. NEVER use the machine without the disc guard. WARNING! When inserting plug into power source, ensure the switch is in the Off position.
Operation HYAG900E Machine Overload When using the HYAG900E, the motor can become overloaded. This is the result of excessive pressure for a prolonged period of time. NEVER try to speed up work processes by adding more pressure. This will slow the motor speed, and increase risk of disc damage. The discs work better with a consistent, gentle pressure.
Maintenance & Care General Maintenance WARNING : Turn OFF the machine, allow all moving parts to come to a complete stop, and disconnect the power cord before maintaining the machine. You need to wear proper clothing and protective gloves whenever your hands are at risk.
