    Ladezustand der Batterien und die noch zur Verfügung stehende Spielzeit an. Der Taschensender kann entweder mit 2 handelsüblichen Batterien der Größe AA oder mit dem optiona- len Akku BP 4000 von AKG betrieben werden. Verwenden Sie keinesfalls Standard-Akkus! Diese können bei Kurzschluss der Ladekontakte den Wichtig! Sender beschädigen und ermöglichen keine korrekte Anzeige der Batteriekapazität.

Der Taschensender PT 4000 ist für die Verwendung mit den ”L”-Mikrofonen der MicroMic-Serie von AKG 3.1 Mikrofon/Instrument (siehe Kapitel 2.4.2) ausgelegt. Am Display erscheint ca. 5 Sekunden lang die momentan eingestellte Trägerfrequenz in MHz, danach wird ca. 3 Sekunden lang die Batteriekapazität in Stunden und als Balkendiagramm angezeigt. Die Hintergrundbeleuchtung schaltet sich ab und es erscheint folgende Anzeige: Der Sender befindet sich im SILENT-Modus.

    3 Inbetriebnahme 10.Um den Sender in den LOCK-Modus umzuschalten: - Halten Sie die ON/OFF-Taste solange gedrückt, bis am Display die Meldung "bYE-bYE" erscheint. Nach ca. 1/2 Sekunde wird das Display dunkel, die Spannungsversorgung des Senders ist ausge- schaltet. - Schalten Sie den Sender im LOCK-Modus ein (siehe Kapitel 3.4.2). - Um in den SETUP-Modus zu gelangen: Drücken Sie den Jog-Schalter so lang, bis die Anzeige "LOCK"...

    3 Inbetriebnahme Am Display erscheint folgende Anzeige: • Wenn Sie den eingestellten Wert speichern wollen, drücken Sie kurz den Jog-Schalter. Am Display erscheint der gespeicherte Wert in dB, die Anzeige "GAIN" blinkt. • Wenn Sie den eingestellten Wert nicht speichern wollen, drehen Sie den Jog-Schalter kurz nach links oder rechts.

    4 Betriebshinweise Im LOCK-Modus stehen Ihnen drei Anzeigemenüs zur Verfügung. 4.1 Anzeige- und Einstellmenüs 1. Um die einzelnen Menüs nacheinander aufzurufen, drehen Sie den Jog-Schalter jeweils kurz nach 4.1.1 LOCK-Modus rechts. Frequenzmenü: Preset-Menü (erscheint nur, Trägerfrequenz in MHz, wenn mindestens ein Preset Batteriekapazität als gespeichert ist): Balkendiagramm.

    Siehe Fig. 5. Wenn die Anzeige "BATT" zu blinken beginnt, anstelle der Balken ein Strich erscheint und die Kontroll- LED auf rot wechselt, tauschen Sie so bald wie möglich die Batterien aus oder laden Sie den AKG-Akku BP 4000 auf.

    The PT 4000 bodypack transmitter has been designed primarily for use with ”L” type MicroMic Series 3.1 Connecting a microphones from AKG (see section 2.4.2). If you wish to connect other microphones from AKG or other Microphone/Instrument manufacturers to the PT 4000, please note that you may have to rewire the existing connector of your Refer to fig.

The currently selected carrier frequency will be displayed for about 5 seconds followed by the battery capacity that is shown in hours and by a string of bars for approx. 3 seconds. The backlighting goes out and the display changes as follows: The transmitter is now in SILENT mode (see also section 4.2.3).

The display will show your new gain setting in dB and the "GAIN" label will be flashing. • If you'd rather not save your setting, turn the jog switch briefly to the left or right.
