overSpeed protection
超速保护（overspeed protection）功能可以监视当前的Cpu频率和它的能耗。
如果它超过一定水平，处理器自动降低它的时钟频率。如果您想对您的Cpu超
频，请设置此项为[disabled]。
Intel C-State
C-state是一种电源管理状态。当Cpu空闲时，它有效地减少处理器供电。

此项允许您设置C-state模式。
Long duration power Limit (W)
此项用来调整长时间的tdp电源限制。
Long duration Maintained (S)
