circuit boards assembly. In order to reduce emissions as much as possible, a complete
disposal of the old appliance is required. This treatment may only be performed in

  • Page 8 6.1 Release all the screws first. 6.2 Carefully pull down the bezel. Now, the panel is totally separated from middle frame. Disassemble the sensor board and key board from middle frame. 1.1 Remove the sensor board 1.1.1 Take out the cover first, then release the screw on the top of board. 7.2 Remove the key board, press the key button to take the board out of middle frame.
  • Page 9 Assembly: Prepare main board, power board and some essential cables. Connect the cables between boards as below picture showed. Put the boards to main frame in the place by tightening the screws to fasten it. Return Mylar back to the power board.
  • Page 10 Tighten the screws on the side of main frame Assemble the sensor board to the bottom center of middle frame as above reverse steps. Assemble the key board to the middle frame as above reverse steps. Assemble the middle frame and main frame to the panel. 7.1 Locate the assembled middle frame in the place, install the bezel and tighten all the screws.
  • Page 11 7.3 Place the assembled main frame to the panel with tightening the screws, connect all the cables, return back the black covers and attach the tapes to fix it. Assemble the rear cover with tightening the screws. Slide the stand to the rear cover using the sharp object to insert into hole. Assemble the base by tightening the screw to fix it.
