3. Disassembly and Reassemble
This section of the service manual describes the disassembly and reassembly procedures for the LED TV.
1.
Disconnect the LED TV from the power source before disassembly.
2.
Follow these directions carefully.

Use the Samsung Open Jig and Cushion to remove the Rear Cover.

CAUTION

Recommended Torque for Cabinet/Stand screws : 10 ~ 12kgf
•

Description & Screws

Carefully position the TV so that the screen is
facing downwards.
•
Make sure to place the TV upon a soft
cushion or any material that will prevent
damage to the screen.

Lower the TV onto the floor upright in its stand.
Remove 4 Stand screws to the bottom base.

With two people carefully lift the TV up while
sliding it away from the slots releasing it from
on the bottom base Stand.
Open Jig Tool, Protection Cushion (curved models Only)
A strength of Torque can be changed depending on the situation.
