1. TV in Standby
Check Standby LED Indicator

2. If Not Lit:
Check One Connect Box is Powered.

• If OK
Check OCB Cable to TV (Miss Connections or damaged cable)

• If OK
Check A13V
9
• A13V is supplied from One Connect to SMPS & TV Board
3. If A13V is missing on
• Remove CNM803A Connector to LD/SMPS A
Check A13V on Cable or at TV Board

• If A13 is now OK & Standby is now On, Replace Defective SMPS
• If A13 is still missing
Check One Connect Operation / One Connect Cable

• Perform One Connect Power Supply Stand Alone Test
• If OK Replace defective One Connect Cable or TV Main Board
4. If A13 was OK on LD/SMPS A
Check TV Main Board supply voltages to Function Control

• If missing replace TV Main Board
Check Standby LED voltage (1.7Vdc on Function Connector)

• If OK replace Function Assy
• If missing replace TV Main Board
