Universal Send

The Universal Send features are available as a standard with the main engine.
1. Universal Send Trace & Smooth PDF
• Enables the user to make Trace & Smooth PDF, and Adobe Reader
Extensions PDF files.

2. Universal Send Security Feature

• Enables the user to encrypt PDF and Digital Device Signature PDF/XPS
files, as well as set a password to send them safely to a file server or e-
mail address.
• Enables the recipient of a PDF or Digital Device Signature PDF/XPS file
to verify which device scanned the file.

3. Universal Send Digital User Signature

• Enables the user to add a digital user signature obtained from a
certificate authority to a PDF or XPS file. This enables the recipient of a
PDF or XPS file to verify which user signed it.

Fax Options

1. Super G3 FAX Board-AS2

• Provides a single line to send and receive fax documents.
• Documents that have been created in applications can also be sent
directly from a computer via a network.

2. Super G3 2nd Line Fax Board-AS2

• Provides two lines to send and receive fax documents.
• Requires the Super G3 FAX Board-AS2.

3. Super G3 3rd/4th Line Fax Board-AS2

• Provides up to four lines to send and receive fax documents.
• Requires the Super G3 FAX Board-AS2, Super G3 2
Board-AS2.

4. IP FAX Expansion Kit-B1

• Enables faxing over VoIP lines that support the T.38 Transmission
Control Protocol.
• Requires the Super G3 FAX Board-AS2.
• Cannot be installed with the Super G3 2nd Line Fax Board-AS2.
• Requires license activation via the LMS.
