A paper management application that enables the end-user to configure

sources, and register favorite paper types using a simple GUI (Graphical
User Interface). Install the Media Librarian application on the imagePRESS
Server L30. Install the Media Librarian application on a PC that an
end-user access through the imagePRESS Server L30 or imagePRESS
Server M10. The Media Librarian is available at no charge from the
e-Support Center

The Universal Send features are available as a standard with the main engine.
1. Universal Send Trace & Smooth PDF
Enables the user to make Trace & Smooth PDF, and Adobe Reader

Extensions PDF files.
2. Universal Send Security Feature
Enables the user to encrypt PDF and Digital Device Signature

PDF/XPS files, as well as set a password to send them safely to a file
server or e-mail address.
Enables the recipient of a PDF or Digital Device Signature PDF/XPS

file to verify which device scanned the file.
3. Universal Send Digital User Signature
•
Enables the user to add a digital user signature obtained from a
certificate authority to a PDF or XPS file. This enables the recipient of
a PDF or XPS file to verify which user signed it.
