_1_ Notes on Action Control
• When using the action control, be sure to hold the camera firmly by passing your hand through
the camera strap.
• In the action control, onlythe action button, shutter release button and power switch can be used,
• Action control may not perform well depending on how the camera is shaken, Change the Action
control response (_95).
Attaching the Camera Strap for Land Use
Remove tile strap for land use before using tile camera underwater.
Use of the Filter Adapter and the Attachment Method
Use the inchJded filter adapter to attach a commercially available _ 40.5 mm filter.
The filter adapter is used in cases such aswhen attaching the color filter or
polarizing filter.
Attach the filter adapter to the camera strap using a cord.

_1_ Note on Using the Filter Adapter
Lights of AF assist illuminator/movie illuminator (_2) are blocked out when the filter adapter is
attached. Set AF illuminator (_95) and movie illuminator (_83) to Off when using the filter
adapter.
