Alpha Entry; Editing Alpha Entry - Panasonic EB-G600 Operating Instructions Manual

Alpha Entry is used to enter alphanumeric characters into Phonebook, Short Messages, Price Per Unit and the
Greeting Message.

Each time a key is pressed it will display the next character. When another key is pressed or no key is pressed for a
short time the cursor will move to the next position.
To access the different character types, normal (U), numerals (X), Greek characters (V) and extended
characters (W), press A.

Editing Alpha Entry

Pressing e will move you up or down one line. Pressing f will move you left or right one character.
When the cursor is moved over a character and another key is pressed this will insert the new character.
Pressing C will delete the character to the left of the cursor or delete the current line when pressed and held.
