1. Turn on the power.
2. Set the feed pitch to 5mm.
*The standard inclination when the feed dog (1) moves down
and coincides with the top surface of the needle plate is the
same for the feeder shaft (2) and the horizontal feeder arm (3),
and the feed dog (1) is parallel to the needle plate.
3. Turn the sewing machine pulley and stop the feed dog (1)
at the uppermost position.
4. Lower the sewing machine.
5. Loosen set screw (4) [1 pc.].
6. Adjust the feed bar shaft (2) to the normal position within
90 ゜ in the direction indicated by the arrow.
・ To prevent puckering, lower the inclination of the upper
surface of the feed dog (1) toward you. ([B] diagram)
・ To prevent fabric misalignment [sewing no.], raise the
Standard
inclination of the upper surface of the feed dog (1)
toward you. ([A] diagram)
7. Securely tighten setscrews (4) [1 pc.].

[Precaution]
Front
Adjusting the inclination of the feed dog (1) changes the
height of the feed dog (1). Adjust the height of the feed
dog (1) again.
When the needle bar (1) comes to the lowest position, make
sure that the base line (a) of the needle bar (1) coincides with
the lower end of the needle bar metal (2) as shown in the figure.
1. Turn the sewing machine pulley and set the needle bar (1)
to the lowest position.
2. Remove the rubber stopper (3) on the face plate.
3. Loosen the screw (4) and adjust the needle bar (1) by
moving it up and down.
4. Tighten the screw (4) securely.
5. Attach the rubber stopper (3).
