From the message
screen, you can also
select Reply from the
Options menu.
Tip
To reply to a message
from the message list, tap
the envelope icon next to
the message you want,
and then select Reply on
the list. Or open the
Options menu and select
Reply.

Replying to an email message

You can reply to an email message as you are reading it, or you can start the reply when you are
viewing messages in the message list.

Create the reply:
a. Select the message you want to reply to.
b. Select Reply.

Select reply options and send your reply:
a. In the Reply Options dialog box,
select options for replying to the
sender only or to all email
recipients; for including
original message text with your
reply; and for inserting a ">" character at the beginning of each line in the
original message included with your reply.
b. Select OK.
c. Enter a reply.
d. Select Send to send the reply now, Outbox to send it later, or Drafts to work
on it later.
