Caution

    Do not use thinner, alcohol, or other solvents to clean this unit.
  4. To prevent battery failure
    Remove the battery if you won't be using this unit for an extended period of time.

Features and Functions

  1. POWER/MODE BUTTON
    To power On/Off, hold this button for more than 1 sec. Pressing this button shifts the mode between tuner and metronome when MU2 is on.
  2. INST. BUTTON
    In tuner mode, The tuning mode switches in following order.
    Chromatic - Guitar - Bass - Ukulele
  3. FLAT BUTTON
    In tuner mode, dropped tuning can be set. You can drop the tuning by 1 semitone each time this button is pressed. This function is disabled when the tuner is in chromatic mode.
  4. RHYTHM/VOLUME BUTTON
    In metronome mode, the rhythm can be changed by tapping this button.
  5. CALIB TEMPO BUTTON
    Calibration setting can be adjusted between 430 - 450Hz with this button in Tuner mode. Tempo can be set from BPM 30 - 250 with this button in Metronome mode.

Operation

[Tuner]
Turn on the power and set the mode in Tuner mode by tapping POWER/MODE button. Set the instrument to be tuned with INST. Button. Set the drop tuning with FLAT Button and Calibration with button if desired. If the pitch of your instrument is more than 50 cents away from the correct pitch, tune your instrument until the correct note name appears in the LCD. If the pitch is within 50 cents of the correct pitch, watch the needle of the meter and tune your instrument from lower pitch so that the needle is at the "0" position. When the tuner needle stops at "0" the center LED will light; your instrument is tuned correctly.
Acoustic Guitar and Ukulele also can be tuned with the built-in Mic.

[Metronome]
Turn on the power and set the mode in Metronome mode with tapping the POWER/MODE button. The metronome will start running automatically. Tap/Hold the RHYTHM/VOLUME Button to set the rhythm of metronome and volume of the beat.
Set tempo with Button. Press the POWER/MODE button or switch to Tuner mode to stop the metronome.

Replacing Battery

  1. Turn the power off.
  2. Slide and open the battery cover.
  3. Replace the batteries (AAA x 2) and set the battery cover.
