Check Voltage between L1 and L2, L2 and L3, L1 and L3 at the drive. If you are only getting single
phase it is likely VFD will need to be resized or you are needing to have it rewired for three phase.
Check incoming voltage into the cabinet L1 and L2, L2 and L3, L1 and L3 to verify that the
customer has three phase supplied.
