Troubleshooting

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Before carrying out any of the following service checks, unplug the unit from the power outlet.
PROBLEM
Product does not
turn on.
Oscillation does not
operate properly.
Heater does not heat.
Display shows 'E1'.
Wi-Fi indicator not
flashing after the
heater is turned on.
Heater has suddenly
stopped operating.
Heating or fan power
is weak.
The remote control
does not work.
Heater is not
appearing in the app
or shows offline.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
The tip-over switch is not touching the
ground fully.
Main power switch on the back of the
heater is not switched on.
The power plug is not properly connected
to the power outlet.
There is a foreign object between the base
and the body of the heater.
There is a heavy object on the heater, which
may cause the heater to tilt and affect
oscillation.
The room temperature is greater than, or
equal to the programmed temperature (if
applicable) or the default temperature of
25°C. The room temperature is greater

temperature of 25°C.
Temperature sensor has fallen off or has
been damaged.
Wi-Fi pairing failure.
The timer has finished counting down.
Dust has collected on the back of the
heater.
The battery is too weak.
The remote is too far away from the device.
The heater has been turned off, moved or
disconnected from the power.
WHAT TO DO
Place the heater on a flat surface
to allow the tip-over switch to
engage.
Switch the main switch on.
Plug into the power outlet.
Remove any foreign objects
found.
Remove any heavy objects on
the heater.
Press the + button to increase
the default or programmed
temperature.
Turn off the heater and contact
customer support.
Press and hold the power
button for 5-8 seconds until the
Wi-Fi indicator begins to flash.
Reset the timer.
Turn off the heater and unplug
from the outlet, then clean the
rear grille with a soft, dry cloth
before attempting to operate.
Plug in the plug and turn the
heater back on.
Replace the battery.
Operate the remote control
closer to the heater.
Reposition the heater such that
it is in a safe position.
Re-pair the heater with the app.
