3. Select Go to Location.
The compass page appears.
To record the activity, you must start
the timer.

Navigating Back to Start

You can only navigate to your starting
location if you are training with GPS.
At any point during your run, you
can return to your starting point. You
must start the timer in order to use this
feature.
1. During your run, select STOP, but
do not reset the timer.
2. Select
> Where To? > Back to
Start.
The compass page appears. The
Forerunner navigates you back to
the starting point of your run.

Stopping the Navigation

Select
> Where To? > Stop
Navigation.

gPS Settings

Turning Off gPS
> Setup > System >
Select
GPS > GPS > Off.
When GPS is off, speed and distance
data are not available unless you have
an optional sensor that sends speed and
distance data to the device (such as the
foot pod or GSC 10). The next time
you turn on the device, it will search
for satellite signals again.

The satellite page shows your current
GPS satellite information. For more
information, go to
/aboutGPS.
> Setup > System > GPS >
Select
Satellites.
