General information 13.1.1 Repair concept Under the Endress+Hauser repair concept, devices have a modular design and repairs are carried out by Endress+Hauser Service or by properly trained customers. Spare parts are grouped into logical kits with the associated replacement instructions.
The device must be returned in the event of a factory calibration, or if the wrong device has been ordered or delivered. As an ISO-certified company and also due to legal regulations, Endress+Hauser is obliged to follow certain procedures when handling any returned products that have been in contact with medium.

The transmitter can be additionally protected by a special coating (Technical Special Product (TSP)).
