Adjust sensor settings to match label type or clean sensor.
Open and close the top cover or press the left select button (CLEAR) or LINE
button.
1) Meandering media.
2) A label is attached to the media sensor.
3) The media sensor type is incorrect.
4) The media sensor level is incorrect.
1) Load the media correctly.
2) Clean the media sensor.
3) Set the media sensor type which is compatible with the media you use.
4) Adjust the media sensor level.
Low Battery
Please charge battery.
Connect an AC adapter and charge the battery so that the low battery level is
cleared. The product is automatically powered off after 30 to 40 seconds.
The battery is running low.
Charge or replace the battery.
EAP Authentication Error
(EAP Failure)
Erroneous Wi-Fi settings. Adjust settings.
