slowly.
Cylinder(s) leaking.
Pump leaking.

CAUSES
Lowering valve not opening
completely.
Obstruction in flow limiting valve(s).
Cylinder seals worn or damaged.
Valves, fitting or hoses loose.
Reservoir overfilled with oil.
Hose or fitting loose.
Air in hydraulic circuit.

Clean and/or replace lowering
solenoid.
Flush flow limiting valve(s).
Repack cylinder(s).
Tighten valves, fittings or hoses.
Drain excess fluid.
Tighten fittings or hoses.
Raise and lower platform several times
to remove air and check fluid level.
