7. Assemble one washer and nut on anchor bolt. Screw
the nut onto the anchor bolt approximately 12 mm
(the nut height).
8. Drive the assembled anchor through the previously
drilled hole and into the concrete. The washer
should be flush with the top of the base plate.
Tighten the nut three to five turns to secure.
Repeat for remaining three anchors. (See Figure 5)
WARNING! Wear appropriate personal
protective equipment such as safety shoes
when operating.
WARNING! Never overload table. Stay within
rated capacity. Do not die or end load. Load
must be distributed on at least 80 percent of
table area.
IMPORTANT! Before raising or lowering the
platform, ensure people and objects are clear
of the table. If platform is loaded, recheck
position and condition of the load.
9. Press the "Up" button
to raise the platform.
If load appears to be
shifting, stop, lower the
platform and adjust
load. (See Figure 6)
10. Press the "Down" button
to lower the platform.
Watch the condition of
the load as the platform
is lowering. If the load
appears to be shifting,
stop and adjust the
load.

CAUTION! If the safety border is engaged, the
safety protection switch will be activated and
the platform cannot lower. To disengage the
safety border, follow steps 11 and 12 before
lowering the platform. (See Figure 7)

11. Press "Up" and let platform slightly raise.
12. Press "Down" and then the platform can be lowered
normally.
