WARNING! Do not attempt to repair table
unless you are trained and authorized. Before
servicing table, remove any load and use the
safety bars to properly secure lift.
WARNING! Lift may not be altered in any
way without written permission from the
manufacturer.
1 MONTH:
• Grease joints and bearings.
• Visually inspect the leg rollers, center pivot bushings,
pins, cylinder clevis pins/bushings and leg hinge
pins/bushings for signs of wear.
• Check hydraulic system for leakage and full range
of motion.
PROBLEM
Platform will not raise
(pump running).
Platform will not
remain elevated.
Platform will not
lower.

TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUSES
No hydraulic fluid in reservoir.
Load too heavy (relief valve operating).
Lowering valve held open.
Lower valve held open.
Pump check valve not seated.
Platform or scissor lift obstruction.
Lowering valve not opening.
Obstruction in flow limiting valve.
6 MONTHS:
• Drain and discard hydraulic fluid.
• Check all screw and bolt connections for tightness.
1 YEAR:
• Check all parts for wear and replace defective parts
as necessary.
• Drain and replace hydraulic fluid.
• Check readability of labels and safety warnings;
replace if needed.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Fill reservoir.
Reduce load.
Check lower control for malfunction.
Clean and/or replace lowering
solenoid.
Check lower control for malfunction.
Clean and/or replace lowering
solenoid.
Clean/repair/replace valve.
Flush outlet check.
Remove obstruction or reposition lift.
Clean and/or replace lowering
solenoid.
Flush flow limiting valves.
