TEST AND PURGE THE SYSTEM
PURGE THE SYSTEM
To purge the system, complete the following steps.
1. Open the Reverse Osmosis faucet and let water flow through the system for a 24 hour period. Water flow will
be a slow trickle at this time.
NOTE: Do not consume water from the RO system until purging is complete.
2. Close the Reverse Osmosis faucet after the 24 hour purging period is complete.
3. When the purging is finished, your Reverse Osmosis system is ready for use.

CARTIDGE LIFE AND REPLACEMENT
When the filter indicator on the reverse osmosis assembly flashes or stays on, it's time to replace your filter.
The number indicate which filters need to be replaced. The pre- and post- filter should be replaced at the same time

PREFILTER / POSTFILTER CARTRIDGE
REPLACEMENT (every 6 months)
Complete the following steps to replace the prefilter and
postfilter cartridges. Skip to step 3 if it is the first time
installing the filter.

5. Install new cartridges in reverse order: postfilter first,
then prefilter. Turn cartridges clockwise to reattach to
the manifold. Do not overtighten.

seconds.
8. Reset the timer by holding down the button for prefilter
turns OFF. Repeat the same step for the postfilter

10. When the purging is finished, close the faucet and
your Reverse Osmosis system is ready for use.

CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT
(every 12 months)
Complete the following steps to replace the RO
membrane. Skip to step 3 if it is the first time installing
the filter.
2. Remove the Reverse Osmosis cartridge by turning
clockwise.
3. Discard the cartridges in a proper manner.
4. Remove wrapping from the new reverse osmosis
membrane.
5. Install new cartridge by turning clockwise into the
manifold. Do not overtighten.
7. Turn on the product by pressing the start button for 2
seconds.
8. Reset the timer by holding down the button for the RO
flashes and turns OFF.
