Operational Measurements

The following OM groups are affected:
Checkpoint group
The CheckpointedCalls OM is added to the Checkpoint group. It can be
used on the standby instance to monitor the number of calls that would
be preserved if a failover occurred. The OM resets if there is extensive
connection loss between the active and standby instance, since all calls will
be recheckpointed when the connection is reestablished.
Presence Event Report group
This new group tracks the behavior of the various presence events that are
processed by the server. The report has eight rows and five columns. The
rows represent the eight event types of Activity, End Call, Inactive, login,
Logout, New Call and Manual. The columns contain the following counts:

Created
— The OM counts the number of times that the event type was created
in the system.
— The OM is a counter register and is reset to zero after each office
transfer period.
Processed
— The OM counts the number of times that the event type was
processed by the presence event processor.
— The OM is a counter register and is reset to zero after each office
transfer period.
Optimized
— The OM counts the number of times that the event type was
optimized by the presence event processor.
— The OM is a counter register and is reset to zero after each office
transfer period.
