You can select a comfortable (Balanced), a
sporty (Sport) or a very sporty (Powerful) sup-
porting sound characteristic for interior and
drive noises using the steering-wheel button
or the multimedia system (
page 11).

If the display button does not show the sym-
bol, then it is hidden. How functions are dis-
played and the order in which they are dis-
played can be set in the multimedia system
(
page 7).

The color of the symbol N indicates the
supporting sound characteristic currently
selected:
Blue: Balanced – comfortable
R
Orange: Sport – sporty
R
Red: Powerful – very sporty

Information on the AMG ceramic high-perform-
ance composite brake system
The brake system is designed for heavy loads.
This may lead to noise when braking. This effect
can also occur after washing the vehicle.
The noise depends on the following factors:
speed
R
brake force
R
environmental conditions, e.g. temperature
R
and air humidity

Have the brake system checked at a qualified
specialist workshop after it has been subjec-
ted to extreme loads.
